Return & Refund Policy
Allskates Distribution (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is dedicated to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items for a refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. In the case of cancellation or product return, the following policy applies.
Important note: You must obtain written approval for your return within 30 days of your receipt of the products. Approval can be obtained by contacting the Company at support@turfskate.com. Please include the reason for the return, photos showing the product condition and a copy of the original receipt. Any products sent back without written authorization will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the original condition that you have received them: unused, free of scratches, dirt and dust, and in the original packaging. All items included in the original box shall be returned. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserved the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions for shipping. You must pack the product appropriately to avoid damage in transition. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
No Refund if:
· An item is not in its original condition
· You return a used product
· Your product was personalized or made to order (such as products with custom design printing)
· You have damaged the product or there are missing parts for reasons not due to our error
· Final sale or clearance items (if designated as non-returnable at purchase)
· You request a refund more than 30 days after delivery

Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. For products with stocked graphics, orders may be cancelled for a full refund within twelve hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed and before shipment, the processing fee (currently 2.9%) charged by our payment provider is non-refundable. Cancellation for orders that have been shipped will follow the return process described above. For products with custom-designed graphics, if you need to cancel the order, please do so within twelve hours after ordering. After this period, your order cannot be cancelled. Missing Items
If you receive an incomplete order, please contact us at support@turfskate.com immediately, and we will ship the missing item as soon as possible.
Lost packages
We ship our packages with tracking numbers, which will be shared with you so you can track delivery. We are not responsible for lost packages left on doorsteps, in mailboxes, or porches.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any damage to the box is apparent, please promptly notify the delivery driver, take photos of the damage, and contact us immediately. The Company is not responsible for shipping damage; however, we will work with you to file a claim with the carrier.
Defective Products
Defective product is covered under our Limited Warranty Policy. If your item arrives defective, we will provide repair, replacement, or other appropriate solutions. Contact us at support@turfskate.com for a warranty claim and follow the warranty claim process.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within approximately two weeks. Original shipping charge and transaction processing costs are non-refundable once shipment occurs. Return shipping cost and a 20% inspection/restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price for refund. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity, or delay shipment pending payment authorization review.
The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. If we make changes, the revised notice will be posted online and the date of the newest version will be listed. Please check back frequently. The Policy in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
