Limited Warranty
Limited Warranty
Allskates Distribution (“Company”) warrants to the original purchaser that Turfskate products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use during the applicable warranty period. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of original purchase is required.
Warranty Periods
- Skateboard: Four (4) months from the date of delivery
- Feeder station (bowl and stand): Twelve (12) months from the date of delivery
- Accessories (bungee cords): Three (3) months from the date of delivery
What Is Covered
This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, structural failures caused by factory defects, and delamination not caused by misuse. This means that the Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts at no cost to the customer once a manufacturing defect is confirmed. This is the only condition covered by the Company’s warranty. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, cosmetic damage, or surface wear
- Damage from tricks, impacts, improper landings, improper installation of accessories, accidents, or intentional breakage
- Environmental damage, including but not limited to warping or rotting caused by exposure to water, rain, snow, mud, or heat
- Turf matting flattening or “wearing down” of the turf blades from heavy use or foot traffic
- Modified gear, including but not limited to products that have been drilled, sanded, or structurally altered by the user
- Abuse or misuse of the product
How to File a Claim
Customers must contact the Company by emailing support@turfskate.com. The email must include: a description of the alleged issue or defect, the purchase date, a copy of the original receipt, contact information, and photos or videos of the defective part.
The technical support team will initially work with you to follow up. If the team determines that covered parts must be replaced, they will provide instructions for returning the defective part and receiving a replacement. The team will also inform you whether the replacement is covered under warranty. Replacements will only be shipped to the original purchaser’s address. Do not return any parts unless instructed by the Company.
Remedies
After the original purchaser files a warranty claim, the Company will evaluate the claim. If the Company determines that the defective part is covered under this Limited Warranty, the Company will replace the defective part at no charge to the buyer.
For the avoidance of doubt, during the warranty periods, the original owner’s exclusive remedy and the Company’s sole obligation are limited to repairing or replacing defective parts after they have been returned and determined, at the Company’s sole discretion, to be defective due to a manufacturing error.
Legal Disclaimer
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all products are warranted only to the extent expressly stated in the applicable manufacturer product warranty. The Company’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective products. Use of the product involves inherent risks associated with skateboarding and outdoor activities, which are assumed by the user. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Some states, including California, provide consumers with certain implied warranty rights that cannot be disclaimed or limited. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights that cannot be lawfully limited under applicable consumer protection laws, including the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.
